Prices All goods prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery times are only estimates, and not guaranteed. All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). All prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to availability. Although prices are checked regularly, errors do occur. We do our very best to eliminate these errors but they do happen. If prices on the website are shown higher than the actual selling price, then adjustments will be made, and the correct amount charged. We will refund you minus any delivery costs. If you do not return the goods within 14days of cancellation, we will collect the goods from you at your cost, or alternatively we will arrange for collection of the goods at your cost. Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you the full amount, within 30 days. We recommend that goods are sent via a recorded delivery method. We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred to the goods while in transit from you to us. It is a legal requirement that you take good care of the goods, and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered the goods in error, or if the goods are faulty. for a delivery quote. Our aim is to deliver the goods within a certain time-scale, but we do not give an exact delivery date or time. We also reserve the right to deliver the goods in several consignments, (at no extra cost to you). You will receive a confirmation email email when your goods have been dispatched. If you do not contact us within 24 hours from receipt of goods then we will assume that your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We cannot accpet claims for shortage in delivery or breakages after 24 hours. If our couriers attempt to make a deliver, but there was no recpient to take the delivery, then they will take the goods back to the depot and hold the items for upto 3 working days. If the goods have not been successfully delivered within the time given, then the goods will be returned back to ourselves and classed as a failed delivery. We can resend your goods at your cost of delivery, or we can cancel the order, and a full refund will be issued minus delivery costs. Mailing List By creating an account with us or ordering from us you will automatically be added to our mailing list so you can continue to received the best offers from us. But dont worry as you can opt out at anytime and all out mailshots will contain opt out information too. Damaged Goods We recommend that you inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for shortages, damaged or defective stock. We will then arrange for goods to be returned to us or the manufacturer. Warranty and Returns All goods carry a 1 Year guarantee except PC cases which only carry a 48 hour warranty, unless otherwise stated. Some warranties may require registration with the manufacturer. If goods have been flashed or modified in any way then the warranty with ourselves is void. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer for repair. All goods must be returned in their original condition, valid receipt, RMA form and number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the returning product or it will be rejected. All warranties are RTB (return to base) unless otherwise stated. All consumable items are non exchangable or refundable unless found to be faulty. Damaged goods will only be tested for the fault outlined on the RMA Form. If this fault is not found then a 10% handling charge will be incurred along with the cost to resend the goods back to yourself. Goods will not be tested for any faults other than the one's outlined. Special offer products have limited stock and are subject to availability. WEEE Regulations: The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. · Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. · Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. Planet Discs is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new Monitor from us we would accept their old Monitor and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:  Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
